JM Bullion verification

Hello. Someone wants to buy something from me in gold and has a JM bullion receipt/packing slip as authentication. Does anyone have one I can compare it against?

I will try the veriscan app in person but was looking to verify it in multiple ways. Any other tips are appreciated. I’d take it into a pawn shop but they would all be closed by the time I can meet after work.
