RV for land

We are looking to purchase a travel trailer to setup at a property we purchased as a weekend getaway. When looking for a trailer, is there something different we should focus on as opposed to a trailer you move around a lot?

We went to an RV dealership and the salesman kept focusing on specs that I don’t really think apply to us such as how well the RV handles certain terrain. The land we bought is easy to access and we just plan on leaving it there all year round.

We want something that can fit our family (3 kids) and will hold up for several years. We saw a Grey Wolf Limited and Coleman Catalina but not totally sold on those models.
