How should I be building lol

So at first I heard you want the crit dmg on each melamon to have high damage so I've been focusing that but then I realized their is the over all bonus for equally leveling up melamon moves that I did not even notice it till recently then I just heard on a video that determanation and crit % should be around the same % lol mine is no where close to each other and I'm suffering with getting accuracy up what should I be focusing on and should I just reset my Crit Dmg Melamon moves and equally level up all 12 moves to be at the same levels for this melamon set bonuses ?? The one I just recently unlocked was the all malamon boost 15%
