The “big reveal” of Rory’s baby daddy

I read a news article recently where the producers of the show “finally revealed” who the father of Rory’s baby was.

They announced it was Logan as if we have been waiting with bated breath for the past 7 years. I watched the revival and automatically assumed it was Logan’s. I never thought anything else. Was it supposed to be a mystery?
