I'm sorry Hoyo, but I'm against everything Mavuika stands for.

So when Natlan released I was already kind of worried about the Nightsoul's power and the fact that characters in Natlan can explore way easier than non-Natlan characters.

Now with Mavuika released, the way her kit works and what she does is just everything I personally stand against.

I am not talking about gameplay here or the fact that her motor (imo) doesn't fit Natlan at all.

I am talking about the fact how Mavuika can fly, climb on walls, run over water etc. The fact that Hoyo is releasing characters that have their own strength by either swimming, climbing or flying and than releasing one characters that powercreeps it all.

To be honest in general I am against the fact that Natlan feels cumbersome with normal characters and makes it easier with Natlan characters. Personally I dont like being forced into a position where you almost feel the need to pull for certain region characters.

Also, you can switch characters with her on your team mid-air. This feels like a general QoL update, why does it only work with her?

And last but not least, Mavuika NEEDS Natlan characters for nightsoul points spend so she regains her burst. I don't care if one Natlan characters is enough, it's insane to me how gameplay is forced around pulling for multiple characters.

In general I feel like Natlan felt very exclusive, every non-Natlan characters felt out of place and you either need Natlan characters or use Pokemons in order to explore comfortably. I just don't like how Hoyo has treated this region, especially Mavuika.

Now I know I am not forced to pull for her or other Natlan characters, and I will not. But I don't like the direction Hoyo has been going and especially with Mavuika. Feels very exclusive and not a benefit for your account unless you pull for more Natlan characters.
