Cheapest Garmin with music

Hi guys :) looking to get a watch for my mom. She wants a watch that will track her steps and heart rate, and allow her to listen to music while she runs without bringing her phone. It can be Spotify or from files, doesn’t matter. If it can have GPS it’ll be nice but not necessary. She also wants to wear it daily so it needs to be small and comfortable (not like those huge screen triathlon watches etc)

I’d like to know which models fit my description, new or old (I can search for a used one if it helps). Thanks!
