Zephyrus G14 (6700S/6800H) v.s. iPad?

I still have a PC (RTX3070/7500f). But I kind of want to sell it with my iPad. I use my PC to mostly game, but my iPad is just laying around, I rarely take it with me for school. Now I’m thinking of selling both to buy a used ROG G14 (6700S/6800H 32GB, 2TB, New PTM7950 thermal paste. I’d have 700€ more after that. My question now is if it is worth to sell both and go for the laptop? How good will the performance be compared to my PC? And should I take those 700€ that I’ll be making of this step and invest all the money into another laptop (could give me a 4080/I9 Laptop), or stay with the Zephyrus. I just want the same performance, not necessarily more.
