My phone is heating up for no reason.

Basically my phone is heating up very quickly for no reason. I track my phone temperature today morning i picked it up checked the temperature and it was 31°C next i use my phone to see some insta reels for about 20 minutes and the temperature reached 40°C. What might be the underlying problem and how can i tackle it please tell me.
