Powering drilling rigs

Hi, everyone! How can I power my fluid/ore drilling rigs, which are far away or even on other planets? I'm at EV and I think powering rigs with combustion generators starts to be irrelevant bc of low fuel efficiency and high demand. Also, I want to know how to power theese in IV/LuV, where comb gens dont even exist? I hope there's some way to do this without constantly changing batteries or filling it with fuel.
