2 output buses in a LCR

I want to make both steps of the industrial tnt in one single LCR. Output bus into input bus for the first step (gluoene or whatever the name is). The first step runs until output/input combo is full. The issue is that the second step doesn’t recognize the second output bus and never runs. Even by putting the circuit required for the second recipe.
