Wheel spacers

Looking to get a flush mount so basically 15-20 mm. I want to use my stock wheels, I honestly really like the look of them. Has anyone done this, how long were the replacement studs? Were they difficult to get out? Do you have to buy them separately? What is a reputable supplier? Would you change anything? Anything else I need to know would be appreciated.
