Would Mothra allow a human to pet her?

I'm curious if a human would gently approach her, not provoking her, and held out their hand if Mothra would let the human pet her or if she would just nudge it away or back away.

I know she is generally kind towards humans if they haven't done anything wrong so I wonder if she would allow it.
