Endoscopy results No problems

I got an upper Endoscopy and had biopsy’s taken and nothing was wrong. However I’m having the throat symptoms still she told be to change my diet. If their anyone out their who is going through this as far as the throat swallowing lump please respond. Also how is the diet affecting it if it’s the food.
