Bugged Quests late game?

Has anyone else gotten the 10th comic book page, but the quest for the next page didn't trigger? Cause the journal says I'm still missing two pages.

I tried to do "Enemy of my enemy" where it wants me to defeat the RDA forces, and when I do, nothing happens?

"A match made in Pandora" with Anqa still says "cannot be completed right now"

"System Reboot" I can't turn in, Alex is missing from the Resistance Base?

"Severed Bonds" says "Find the purpose of the access codes"; I have two of the devices, but there's no guidance on what to do next?

Apex Challenge: Spear Thrower can't find the AMPs to complete this? For reference I've completed the main storyline so I've also cleared all the bases/outposts if that matters.

I've gotten all the ancestor skills and finished the skill trees, but somehow I still have 10 skill points to use?

I just want to finish the game! I'd like to 100% before the DLCs come out. :'(
