MOD Pizza to close Fremont HUB Mowry Ave location

The landlord has listed the spot for lease at $18,000 per month rent on Loopnet. MOD announced to close 26 underperforming locations nationwide last week but this location is not in the list in this round. Their pizza sucked anyway and the service was poor and the place was always dirty. Let’s see if the landlord can find some suckers at such high rent.
