Struggling to Find Reliable Freighters

I started a new gig recently at an art studio in Austin, Texas. We fabricate large commercial and residential pieces that have to be put in crates to keep them secure. I have a large one at the moment that’s a 20 foot wall in 12 different panels that needs to get to Chesapeake, VA. And can’t find a freighter to save my life. We have customers all over the US, Canada and Mexico. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to find a go-to freighter that I can call, schedule a pick up and have it hauled to the destination. I’ve tried ARC, craters and freighters, and a few others I’ve found on google and it takes days or up to a week to even get a proposal or estimate. I’m a bit unsure if I’m going about this the wrong way. Do I contact a broker of some sort? I have money and plenty of steady work. Any advice is appreciated
