Textures Wont Stay On Epic, They Keep Reverting Back To High

Im running an i7 12700f and RTX 3070 OC on Fortnite in performance mode. When I set textures to Epic, they keep reverting back to high automatically after saving. Am I doing something wrong or is there another setting I have to have on?
