Gift Card Suggestions for Must-Try Restaurants in Tribeca & UWS?

I’m gifting two friends each a ~$150 restaurant gift card for the holidays and looking for some neighborhood-specific suggestions.

• One lives in Tribeca and loves Mediterranean cuisine (but is up for anything interesting).
• The other lives on the Upper West Side and is obsessed with French food (though also open to other cuisines).
