How to prevent contaminants from getting to wife?

My wife is severely allergic to peanuts and we are trying to expose our son to peanuts to prevent him from developing an allergy. What’s the best way to clean him up so he doesn’t cause my wife to have a reaction. Any advice would be appreciated
