People who can bench insane numbers ( like 90+ kg), what weight do you use for hypertrophy?
I kinda did the whole stack for lat pulldown , the trainer told me that you aren't gonna be building muscle with this just strength, and then got it to 45 kg. The principle must extend to other exercises as well, like bench press cause it would be insane to believe people be doing 80kg 15 reps after 1 year of training
What hypertrophy weight should I aim at the end of 1 year training? My bench numbers are pretty poor and I think I will reach 50-60 max
P.S: it's not about what you can do, it's about what's optimal for building muscle
