Need help with the Bubble Mermaid quest!!!

I'm trying to get 3 pieces of resin but after so many attempts and hours of trying i seemingly cannot get it. Please understand I've bought all sorts of luck boosts and nothing seems to work unfortunately. Would anyone be able to trade me one??
