what is the best career to F.I.R.E

im (18M) lets say my only goal is to retire with enough properties to generate a livable income for a family, that i can manage part-time. for the job to have enough money every year to invest in real estate and the time to manage and even do a few fix and flips? during the job i would be saving as much as possible like never eating out budgeting to the max and plan to buy a 4 plex and live in one of the units and hopefully my rent would be close to 0 or even postive? thanks for the advice in advance! :) (i live in canada but im willing to move to america or anywhere that would be best for real estate investing and the career)
