Headcanons for Snezhnaya?

What Headcanons do you guys have for Snezhnaya? Like what lore do you think it has? or what kind of society they have?

My own headcanon is something like this:

• Snezhnaya, while seemingly formidable from the outside perspective — is actually a massive powderkeg of problems ready to explode.

• Similarly to the irl tsarist Russian Empire and to an extent, the Soviet Union, they suffer from seperatist movement and a backwards society (because i think they would focus more on the military, and leave scraps for the population)

• The only thing keeping them from falling apart is the iron grip the Fatui and the Tsaritsa has on Snezhnaya, and if the civil war leak is true, then Snezhnaya is definitely cooked.
