About the Fatui's military power..

Besides what we've seen in the game, what do you guys think the Fatui has in terms of military assets?

Also, do you guys think the Fatui IS Snezhnaya's military or is it like the British East India Company? And that Snezhnaya has it's own armed forces independent from the Fatui?
