Help, bleach again?

Hey, so right now my hair looks like this and its not too damaged, I’ve already toned it which I regret.

I would like to bleach my hair once again today to get it lighter, and was wondering if its safe to just do it over my toned hair currently, I really wanna have this platinum kinda hair before a show I’m doing on Thursday. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 And which volume should I use I think I’m at level 9 and would like to be at least 10.
