What a joke
I placed my order on the 19th of December, everything was in stock except for the V2 pedals. Those had a pre-order date of January 10. Now I just looked on the website and on the product page they changed it from 10 to 17 and now it’s 31. When it was changed to 17, it still said 10 on my order, but now it’s also 31 Jan.
I already find it a joke that shipping costs are that high, but the fact that they only send when the order is complete is just a total joke. Also it’s just disrespectful to not send an email about the delay. How many more delays will happen? And when the V2 pedals are in stock, they’ll just find a way to have some order product I ordered out of stock.
It would all be fine if they gave some sort of compensation, but they aren’t that type of company. If the order finally arrives and something is missing, then I’m just gonna let them take everything back and order Moza or something.
