PS4-After installing Vault-Tec Workshop my resources are disappearing?

The other day after I installed the new DLC I thought that some of my workshop resources had disappeared but I just shrugged it off and went about playing the DLC for a couple of days. Today I decided to take a break from building my Vault, and decided to go resource hunting and I come back and find that my reactor was broke I looked up a fix for it and after i loaded up the game I come back to my vault to find my reactor working again but a lot of my resources were missing, for example I had about 8000 steel and now I have 10, also I had about 50 circuitry and now I have 8, lastly I had around 100 copper and now i'm left with 12. Can someone please help me with this and also is anyone else experiencing this bug?
