I think I just found duplication glitch

I was literally just doing another run of fallout 4 and found out dino (the guy who talks to valentine when he's locked up) runs away when the dialogue finishes and I loaded up my save file and retried and I just found a duplication of the ashmaker sitting on the floor is this glitch known or no?
