W.A.M.S Freckle

This is quite literally my fav fall out boy song. It slaps. "Oh freckle, freckle What makes you so special?" I still have never found out what this line REALLY MEANS. I've seen other sources say the lyrics are different. Is Freckle a cute pet name for a person? That's what I've always assumed. Pls lemme know what you think.
