A way to add cache recording?

I was considering either the FX3 or FX6--the FX3 is so versatile, but for festival/event work having 31 seconds of cache recording sounds like a dream.

I looked around, and it looks like the Atmos recorders have the feature as Pre Roll, but only a few seconds. Is there a more robust option?
