What does living at 60k, 90k, 1.35lac. 2lac+ pm looks like for you right now? (Preferably age 30+, married)
For a fixed spending per month FIRE corpus varies hugely depending on person to person. But as i am my mid 20s hoping to FIRE somewhere during my mid 40s i am looking for a bit better picture in my future expenses.
Currently with 12k rent and less than 40k monthly spend i live a very decent lifestyle with eating out around 5 times a week and ordering around another 5 times and another 75k annually for 2 domestic trips or 1 international trip or some new gadgets. So this amounts to my yearly spends around 5.5lac.
My parents live in Tier-2 city, with our own home, their budget ranges between 40k pm (when me and my brother both started earning) to 1 lac pm ( when either 1 of us was in college and other one preparing for exam), so in general it avgd. out around 10lac per annum.
So i wanted to understand how your expenses changed from age 30-55 and what do you think you are missing out in your current lifestyle which could have been better with 25% higher pm budget. Also if you can divide your expenses in 4-6 major categories, it would be easier for me to compile data.
