parent refuses to sign her consent, told me “figure it out”

Me and my mother had a major fall out a couple months ago. I have not talked to her since. My parents don’t live together but they are technically still married and not legally separated. I live with my dad and he’s been my messenger back and forth with my mother about this. I had him tell her that I need her to do just a couple things to wrap up my fafsa application. For lack of a better word(s), she does not like me right now, and doesn’t want to do anything if it means my benefit. She told us “figure it out”

I had both of my parents listed as contributors. For whatever reason, probably just my luck, it only wants my mother’s approval of the form. I called fafsa and of course got nowhere with this. Very nice person on the phone, but didn’t know too much about what they were telling me. I explained my situation and all she said was to remove my mom from the contributor list (from what I know you cannot do that). I found last night that I was able to fill out financial information for my parents but several things happened there A. It only asked for my moms information, when it came to my dads part it only asked me to confirm his contact info B. Still couldn’t sign for her

My dad technically has an account. My sister was supposed to go to college a couple years ago so they made an account for her using my dads information (I dont know why.) it is linked to my moms email but I was able to get her to send me the confirmation code last night so I could get into his account and there was nothing there regarding my application.

I dont know what to do anything helps

TLDR Mom is no longer in my life but technically still married to my dad. I live with my dad and he has been my only line of communication to her. When he asked her to complete her part of the fafsa she told us to figure it out on our own. I found out i was able to fill out financial information for my parents but for some reason It only asked about my mom. Still need her to make an account and sign for approval. Dad already has an account but when i logged into it there was nothing there Please help
