Easiest way to make this less ugly?

This house had amazing space inside but seems to be the ugliest shape and color on the street. I don’t think the line of windows on the top row looks right, the door feels randomly placed.

Any way to make this look better for 10k? If not how much would it take? What would it be? Shutters? A porch? Some kind of an overhang?
