WFH vs On-Site | What are your best arguments?
So in Germany there was a trend to allow everyone to work from home and they even made fun about big tech because they forced their employees back to the office. Guess what, many companies try to do this in Germany as well. I would like to hear your best arguments for both side.
On-Site: - Modern leadership didn’t arrive in Germany yet and managers are not able to lead remote teams (Don’t know how it is in other countries)
WFH - You are much more flexible and can get the right people and they do not have to be located near the offices.
And yes of course you build trust On-Site and you can just ask your directly something but this means that all people need to be in the same office 😁
