Salaries in Europe - what they actually are?

Currently I'm working remotely for the company located in the west europe, working remotely from the central/east europe. Company is mid-sized (around 50 people). I earn ~6k eur/mo gross, which after taxes is 4.5 - 5k eur.

I constantly see posts everywhere on reddit that people, especially in the us, are earning WAY more - usually these are like 'I graduated 2 years ago, now I earn 150k$/year and I got an offer of 200k'.

These posts are making me think what are the actual salaries in europe.

As for me I have a pretty comfortable life, but once in a while I'm thinking if salaries in the range of 100-300k eur/year are even possible in the europe.
