"Limit Reached" error. Only shows subscribe options. Can't access anything else.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Typically when you are using something with a device limit, you get a warning and you have to unauthorize the other location(s) before you can use it. Evernote isn't letting me access the account at all. Just locks onto the must subscribe page. How am I supposed to fix this if I can't remove the device?

I can't even access the help or support contact information. This is on the Android app and mobile Chrome.
