Unable to move main EN application window in Win10

I'm running Windows 10 (21H2) and EN desktop version 10.76.2.

For the first time in as long as I can remember (user since 2012), I am neither able to move the main EN application from one screen to another nor reduce the window size. Even the 'X' to close the window is gone.

If I open a note in a new window, I have normal window functions (minimize/move/resize) but not in the main application. I even try to double click the app window for it to snap smaller, but no dice.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
