First strike changes killed eve

Eve felt fine after R and Q nerfs, but those nerfs only make sense with the old first strike . I think Evelynn after first strike nerfs simply doesn't come close to the current high tempo farming junglers... Unless you're getting seriously fed early, and I'm not talking about one or two kills with good CS you simply can't keep up with on one hand those hyper farmers that still impact the map and on the other the reksai's Lee sins and others of the kind... Even in the right draft I fell she's simply underwhelming and shes simply irrelevant compared to most other junglers, what do you think?
