Is inter-regional trading dead?
Returning to EVE and trying to sort out my dreams of being trading mogul. Problem is. There isn't much in terms of trading except station trading and hauling into null.
For some time I've been supplying FW hubs. And while margins seems huge. Volume is low and value of items is also low. 100% of 1 mil. Is still just 1 mil. With one character you can easily cover whole hub with items that are actually worth hauling from trade hub and/or surprisingly, other way around. But I would make much more, for less time. Juggling trash in trade hub.
Incursions are a bust. These guys are so space rich they gonna tank the price just because you want to sell them some ammo at 15% margin. Not to mention that 99% of them are already supplied internally.
Anything else is pretty much same problem. Income over time and effort not justifies doing it over station trading.
So the question is: I'm missing something? Or it really is down to station trading and market manipulations. Plus hauling to null staging's if you are really into moving stuff around?
I was really looing into getting into hauling/trading side of things. But there's simply no content for it.
