Having issues adding 2k pan/tilt cams to Homebase 3

I just picked up a HomeBase 3, and I’m reading the 2k cams should be able to record to it. I’ve updated all my cams to firmware 2.1.8.7 and the HomeBase to 3.2.0.3 (latest firmwares available to me). The app is also fully updated. I’m running everything on a mesh Orbi system without any AP isolation (not available as a setting on my network).

When I try to add the cams to the “Edge Connection” via the app, I get a message that “No compatible HomeBase 3 was found.” despite everything being on the same network.

Any ideas? I’ve tried resetting and re-adding one of my 2k cameras to WiFi and still getting the same message.
