Could not do 200 miles trip with full charge

Title says it all. Here are the details Started off with 98% because I preconditioned/ warmed up the vehicle for 15 minutes. It was 100% before that.

Weather: 6 to 10 degrees Wind: 12 mph Gust:23 mph (305° NW)

I was going south east so I thought the wind would be too big of a problem. I was wrong. First half of the drive to the destination, I went straight east. Got 1.4-1.6 miles/kwh (speed at 70mph on interstate) It helped a little when I set the air to recirculate but it helped a lot when I lowered the speed to 65 mph (went up to 1.9 miles/kwh). In the second half the wind was blowing the direction of travel so it went up to 2.1 miles/kwh. I don’t have the picture of it because I shut off the vehicle without taking it. Distanced travelled around 100 miles.

I left with 50% soc on the way back and that’s the picture here. I had to stop and pick up 25 kw from Tesla supercharger. Got back with 16% state of charge (I charged it from 19% to 40% at the supercharger). I did drive 72-75 mph on the way back but it didn’t make much of a difference. The temp was set to 80 degrees but on manual and fan at 1 on both way.

I still love the car. I don’t do these trips often but I wish this was better, I wish I knew it would be this bad. Not able to do 200 miles trip with full charge really sucks.
