Partner?

I have a business that is doing luckily doing well/profitable.

One of the sales channels of the business (30% of the business) is taking up too much of my time and hurting my ability to focus on the other 70% of the sales.

I can hire someone to manage this sales channel (like a sales manager).

But I am thinking of adding someone that would be at the partner level of the business to manage this sales channel PLUS add value in other parts of the business. Someone with the energy and desire to come up with ideas to grow not only the 30% they’d be in charge of but other parts of the business, whether it is sales, operations, etc. (hence the partner level).

I have thought of adding family to the business to fill this spot, but it is not working.

Where can I find someone with energy, will, desire, creativity to help us grow and execute?
