Free or Low Cost Adult Activities

My mom is 62 and lived here for about 4 years. She usually works but recently stopped and have more free time.

She is relatively active and wants to get out to meet more friends. She enjoys dancing, yoga, nice restaurants, and just new friends.

She’s Vietnamese and speaks little English but enough to hold a conversation. Are there any groups or community events she can go to?
