Twitch stream perfect, mixer stream messed up

Can't stream to mixer for some reason. Using the elgato hd 60 pro pcie card connected to xbox one s, I stream to twitch and its up in minutes and zero issues.

With mixer the colors are all over the shop , long pink, green, streaks, half the screen distorted. I have tried everything I cna think of and can't see others having the same issue.

So it must just be me and my settings, but they are identical for twitch and mixer and mixer is the only one with major major issues.

Any advice?
