CONTACT ELECTRUM

does anyone have an idea how to contact electrum customer care support as i sent bitcoin from probably a fake app named "cforcoins" but it never reached to electrum. & now they are saying that to contact electrum it is their fault, so i said ok i'll try that too, but on electrum.org i didn't find any info about how to contact to their customer care.. do their customer care even exist or that cforcoins guy is trying to fool me out?
