Need part for treadmill

I bought a life fitness 95t treadmill and the circled piece in the picture broke (it is the white female adapter) . I was asking if it could be replaced? If not could I crazy glue it back on. I already called life fitness and they told me I had to buy a whole new control board. Thanks in advance for any help.
