Electronics teardown

I’m looking for someone who has a keen interest in tearingdown and repairing consumer electronics. I have a small but important device that requires a replacement screen. I will provide identical devices for a test run for you to teardown and fix it up before working on the actual one that requires fixing. HMU if this is something you’re interested in and I will go into details.

Edit: I’m located in Singapore. And the product is a trezor one wallet.

I’ve gotten to this stage (photo in comments) with one of the tokens. Can anyone share their expertise on the ways I could remove the screen? Would it be by soldering or what are the methods for this to be replaced?
