EMERGENCY

I was just sitting when suddenly the electricity went off i checked the main switch everything was on i turned everything off and one of the switch when i turned it off the electricity came now when i turn it off it goes away and when i turn it off it comes. Is there any emergency? Short circuit? What should i do
