Can I do PVE without PVP?

Hello everyone,

New player here :D

I finally got the hand on Elden Ring thanks to Family Sharing and I was wondering if I could play PVE without the PVP part.

I don't care about Multiplayer, fighting other players etc... But I would like to have the whole helping/get helped...

Is it possible?
