Careful in colder weather: Pilot 4S go skiddy-skid

Almost shit my pants... had a wake up moment this morning in my EN. Dropping off my kid at school and on the way back home took my usual fun deep apex clover turn under the overpass to get back onto the interstate and almost lost control. Managed to make the right corrections, but was inches from the left barrier, and then again from the right wall. My heart nearly stopped!

Must have taken this turn 400 times by now, this has never happened.

Didn't realize (until now) just how adversely cold weather can effect Summer performance tires.

Whew 😰

PS I should have mentioned I live in Florida! This morning was unusually cold for this locale. The point is to still be careful on cold days even if you live somewhere that doesn't get very cold precluding the gerenal need to change your tires for winter 👍🏼
